1. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account or using WeGateOn, you agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you use WeGateOn on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to use the service for that organization and to provide the information you submit. If you do not have legal capacity to enter into these Terms, you may use the service only through an appropriately authorized person or organization.
2. Early-stage service
WeGateOn is under active development. Features may change, be added, be removed, or be temporarily unavailable. The platform may contain errors or incomplete functionality. Early-access, pilot, research, or evaluation use should be treated accordingly.
3. Engineering and operational decisions
WeGateOn provides structured workflow and governance support. It does not independently certify that a change, release, deployment, facility, system, or process is safe, compliant, validated, approved, or suitable for a particular purpose. Users and their organizations remain responsible for engineering decisions, risk assessments, required reviews, approvals, testing, rollback planning, regulatory compliance, and operational outcomes.
Do not rely on WeGateOn as the sole control for safety-critical, life-critical, regulated, or mission-critical decisions.
4. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use reasonable security practices. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. Notify us if you reasonably believe your account has been compromised.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use WeGateOn to violate law or third-party rights; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with service operation; introduce malicious code; evade security or access controls; impersonate another person; conduct abusive automated activity; or upload information you are not authorized to provide.
6. Your content
You retain whatever rights you or your organization hold in content you submit to the workspace. You grant WeGateOn the limited permission necessary to host, process, display, back up, and transmit that content solely as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable arrangements.
You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, authorization, and appropriateness of content you submit.
7. WeGateOn and MSRMF materials
Except for user-provided content and third-party materials, the WeGateOn site, interface, branding, software, documentation, and original platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. MSRMF research publications and research artifacts may be subject to their separately stated licenses, publication terms, or citation requirements.
8. Research and evidence claims
Public descriptions of MSRMF research are intended to distinguish computational validation, originating field evidence, cross-domain evaluation, and future validation needs. Use of the WeGateOn platform by itself does not establish external field validation, regulatory approval, universal effectiveness, or commercial adoption of MSRMF.
9. Third-party services
WeGateOn depends on third-party infrastructure and services. Their availability and operation may affect the platform. Links to external resources do not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of those resources.
10. Availability, suspension, and termination
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or protection of the service and its users. Because the platform is in early development, uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
11. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, WeGateOn is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, fitness for a particular operational outcome, or that use alone will satisfy any legal, regulatory, engineering, safety, or quality requirement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, WeGateOn is not responsible for operational decisions made by users, unauthorized or inappropriate data submitted by users, or losses resulting solely from reliance on the platform as a substitute for required professional judgment or organizational controls. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. The effective date and version will be shown on this page. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent, we will take reasonable steps to provide it.
14. Governing framework
These Terms are intended to operate subject to applicable laws and mandatory rights in the jurisdiction relevant to the user and the service. Nothing here is intended to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
