MSRMF Reference Tool

An executable reference implementation of MSRMF change-governance logic.

FROM METHOD TO SOFTWARE

An executable governance reference

The MSRMF Reference Tool turns the framework into a traceable workflow. The current WeGateOn implementation lets a change move from initial triage through technical validation, authorization, deployment, monitoring, and closure while retaining the decisions recorded at each stage.

01

Triage

Classify scope, severity, priority, complexity, and workflow inclusion.

02

Validate

Capture technical decision, evidence, accountable authorities, and readiness.

03

Authorize

Record release authority, environment, release window, conditions, and rollback readiness.

04

Deploy

Record execution status, rollout scope, actual window, ownership, and evidence.

05

Monitor

Track stability, incidents, operational impact, observation window, and disposition.

WHAT IT IS

Reference implementation

A concrete way to inspect and exercise MSRMF governance logic, create structured change records, and support reproducible evaluation.

WHAT IT IS NOT

Not a universal validation claim

The tool does not establish that MSRMF is validated for every industry, site, regulatory environment, or type of engineering change. Domain-specific evidence remains necessary.

Current platform status

The live workspace supports the core lifecycle from Triage through Closed, including consolidated lifecycle history and dashboard summaries. Additional intelligence, audit, and research features are being developed incrementally.
